Canyon Boat Rentals的点评
点评：This was a horrible rental experience. There was little to no communication about where we were supposed to go to get the boat we rented. The instructions on the booking email were not clear. So I called the night before our rental date to confirm where to meet the boat. The lady answering the phone was rude and not helpful just stating “antelope canyon valet”. What would’ve been helpful information was the valet was in another part of antelope canyon marina entirely- which we discovered AFTER we parked, unloaded, walked down the boat ramp and discovered we were in the wrong place. So we wasted 45 minutes to get to the correct spot only to find that the boat was not even there yet. The guy (not sure if he was the owner?) rolled in at 10:30 when we were supposed to have a 9:30 time! Not even an apology for being late. Additionally, it is not stated ANYWHERE that you have to pay the valet service to launch the boat and then to take it out of the water. That was a crappy surprise to find (not the valet’s fault- they were super nice). The boat itself was filthy. The guy delivering it spent an additional 15 min wiping the windshields. By the time the paperwork was completed and the valet service launched us, it was 11:30 am. 2 hours after we were supposed to have been on the water. The guy just sent us on our way- no instructions on where to go, no map of the lake, etc. We had NO idea where to even get gas. The boat was crap- the throttle would stick, motor would cut out constantly, the tube we rented was flat, I’ve jackets were disgusting.
