点评：I don't want to harm the business, however because I care about people I am writing this review. I went to gourmet oriental in bishops Stortford by myself since I am local and I was nearby after going to the post office, i thought I might as well. I ate in and I ordered a fish soup, crispy sweet chicken and egg rice with a glass of water.
I enjoyed the chicken, although the portion felt small it was appropriate to the rice. Although the rice looked like it was just rice with tiny bits of egg in it, it was nice.
But the main course was not really my problem. It was the soup. I tried the soup earlier, but it was a bit hot so I decided to eat it after. I had asked for all my food to come at the same time. So I ate the main course and it was delicious. But the soup looked like it was splattered over the bowl. I ate a bit and it was ok, but the more I ate and some of the fishy bits in it were fine but some did not taste right. The problem I had I don't think was really with the fish. It was with the soup liquid itself. It was a bit odd tasted, but I accepted it, because at the time it was reasonable. As I had more, the taste became a little bit much and I stopped half way. I payed a fair price and walked out politely although I had a bit of a bad/sickly taste in my mouth from the soup. As I walked home 5 minutes later I started to feel a tiny bit sick and soon later I had puked up all the soup in public and then I felt better, although nobody really seemed concerned much that i had just puked up. It was dark at this time. I am glad I had the soup last. But this is not the first time I had an issue with the food. I sometimes ordered from oriental and the food was ok, but sometimes it was a little dry for noodles or a little odd tasted. This time was the last time. I'm not buying again from them and I advise others not to. If I did not puke up the soup after eating it last and drinking water I might not be very well right now. Please look after your food.
