点评：Asahi was recommended by a coworker of mine who lives in Morristown and knows excellent cuisine. I completely trusted her recommendation, and now that I've been to Asahi, I also give it the highest ratings.
EVERYTHING was perfect during our dinner. I took 2 of my young adult children and their significant others for a holiday outing. First, we had several appetizers and the special Japanese orange tea (iced). We then ordered more apps because they were so good, we simply wanted more.
The 4 kids all ordered sushi for their main entrees, and I had Beef Nagamaki. Customization was welcomed and accommodated. (For example, substituting salmon for tuna and cucumber for avocado.)
Our server was so kind and gracious, truly concerned that everything was to our liking-- which it certainly was.
The location of Asahi is also superb. It took us just a few minutes to walk from the public parking garage on Water St to the restaurant, and after dinner, we walked the short distance to the beautiful Morristown Green to enjoy the Christmas and Chanukah lights and displays.
If your mouth is watering for excellent sushi and other Japanese cuisine, be sure to go-- oh, and be sure to make a reservation if it's a busy time-- to Asahi Sushi.
