点评:The service left much to be desired. In short, we arrived and were seated for our 11:45 reservation; our food arrived at our table at 12:40. Never an explanation or apology for the delay. There was a large group (about 12 people) seated when we arrived. We figured our order was caught behind theirs. Nope. Our food came before theirs and they did t get served until about 10-15 minutes after us.
When we were seated, we received the regular menu and didn’t get the brunch menu until we asked.
The server didn’t write anything down; another server had to come back to ask for clarification on one order and another order didn’t come out as requested.
There are brunch drink specials and we asked 2 servers about them; neither knew the answer and had to go check. We had to ask the 2nd one because the 1st one never returned with an answer.
During our long wait, our water glasses were kept full. This is a kudos (a full water glass is the measure of good service for me).
Generally, it was like they weren’t prepared for customers today. There’s a lot of competition for brunch in downtown Frederick and we’ll be trying another place on our next trip.
