点评：We had lunch here today. It was fairly busy and of the 4 staff only the woman was effective. Drinks orders were taken very rapidly, food less so. We chose the menu of the day. We'd hoped to have a portion of the beef, but were told it wasn't available. So steak and chicken chosen as mains. Starters were slow to arrive but tasty. We waited and waited for our main course and after almost an hour we were presented with spag bol. It was given to the next table and it wasn't theirs either. On asking about where our main course was we were told it takes time as it doesn't come out of a tin. A few minutes later we were served with the spag bol again by the female waitress, we rejected the plates saying we'd ordered from her chicken and steak. When presented with the correct meals the waitress said this isn't Macdonald's and you have to wait for food as good as this. The meal itself was satisfactory, no bread offered. There was no apology for the very slow service and at one stage the waitress was shouting at another member of staff. It seemed very disorganised with only one person doing the work.
