点评:Worst service at any restaurant I have ever been to - server and manager Arabella were down right rude. It makes me sad to write this review. I have been going to Apres Diem for years but after my experience yesterday I will never go again. I was with a group of friends having a holiday brunch. Most of us have been to Apres Diem many times before and were familiar with the menu. As we ordered the server said several times that side items (grits and home fries)were not on the menu. When she was politely asked when they were taken off the menu she stated very rudely that she did not know because this was only her second time working the brunch schedule. When I saw grits being served at a table next to us and pointed it out she said well I guess we could have the side items with an extremely rude tone. Nobody at the table said anything - in fact we said she must be having a bad day and were very understanding. The major problem was when we went to pay the server said we could not split our checks. We politely asked when that policy went into effect because we had come as a group many times and never had an issue splitting the check she rolled her eyes and said she would ask her manager. While we were waiting we had worked out that one of us would pay and the rest of us would Venmo that person. Problem solved we were happy and ready to go and chalked it up to one server having a bad day. Then the manager Arabella showed up and was without a doubt the rudest and most dismissive person I have ever dealt with at any restaurant and I don’t say that lightly. She definitely should not be in a job that interacts with the public. Luckily, my group left in good holiday cheer but Arabella and her staff certainly did everything they could to ruin or day. I highly discourage anyone in a group of more than four to avoid this restaurant.
