点评:Beware!!! Unprofessional business practices and Management does not recognize any accountability to Marriott affiliation or Bonvoy members. In October of 2022, I booked 2 1Bedroom Suites for an upcoming family reunion in June 2023. On 5/17/23, I received an email advising that my reservation had been placed in non-guaranteed status as the they were unable to process my credit card (although payment was not actually due until arrival). I was also advised that non-guaranteed reservations would be canceled by 4pm that day and the rooms released back into general inventory. I promptly called the hotel, provided my credit card information and was charged for both rooms at that time (problem solved or so I thought). On 5/27/23, I was called by the hotel and advised that they were overbooked by 21 rooms, and was offered to be relocated to a sister property much further away, defeating the purpose of the original stay in the first place. There was no offer for compensation for the inconvenience, despite Marriott's existing policy on these matters. What irks me the most is how a 107 room hotel can become overbooked by 21 rooms, they choose to inconvenience someone who has held a reservation for over 6 months, and they wait until 1 week before the reservation date to drop the bomb.
