Worst Marriott property ever! After hundreds of hotels & over 1100 total nights in Marriott hotels.

点评：Courtyard Manassas Battlefield is absolutely the Worst Marriott property I have ever seen.
Unsafe! - stairwell had a man shooting up intravenous illegal narcotics. Manager explained it is common problem with homeless entering property thru side and back doors. Hugely dangerous!
Shabby property:
Worn out rooms, carpets, furniture, bathroom fittings. Our 1st room was heavily worn & had filthy bathtub. Immediately moved to different room that was equally tired but clean. However, tile wall in shower had ugly repairs.
Understaffed: no housekeeping for four night stay & lobby Bistro also closed … explained at check-in with simply “we are understaffed and gave everyone holidays for Thanksgiving & Black Friday”. However, the restaurant next door “Cracker Barrel” was fully staffed all days and we ate breakfast there daily. The Courtyard owner should pay people better and get fully staffed.
