Went in to pick up an online order, which I clicked the robious restaurant on the map, followed website to online ordering, placed order and went to pickup. The staff informed me they don't do online ordering at that location, only the one on midlo turnpike.
When I explained that their website is clearly faulty, the fat Italian guy in the kitchen aggressively came out threatening me and suggesting we fight right there, in the lobby in front of customers. I was with my children. This was wildly inappropriate. It was the grossest display of customer service I've seen in decades. Apologizing would have sufficed, accepting their mistake and making pizzas there would have been the right thing to do, but suggesting we fight in the restaurant is pretty unbelievable.
If the chef that tried to fight me isn’t terminated I will explore pressing charges. I implore the ownership to do the right thing and terminate that manic, hostile, and mentally unstable employee.
