点评：While passing through the charming town of Bosa, we had the good fortune of dining at Il Localino—an experience that truly exceeded expectations.
We opted for the fresh local fish, which was offered in two preparations: one simple, and the other in a tomato-based sauce. At first, we leaned toward the plain version, but the chef himself came out and suggested the tomato preparation, explaining that the fish he had that day would shine with the richer flavors. We took his advice—and we’re so glad we did. The dish was absolutely incredible, bursting with freshness and depth. It was the kind of meal that stays with you.
We also ordered the carbonara, and it was a masterpiece—creamy, flavorful, and clearly made with great care and quality ingredients.
Between the exceptional food, the warm, personal service, and the gorgeous views, Il Localino has everything you could want in a dining experience. It’s rare to find a place where every element is this thoughtfully done.
We weren’t planning to stay long in Bosa, but Il Localino gave us a reason to come back. This restaurant is an absolute standout—don’t miss it!
