We visited Oliver Steak House in the village of Sissi and left genuinely impressed!
The meats were outstanding, with carefully selected cuts and perfect grilling that highlighted every flavor. The menu is well thought out and balanced, offering something for every taste — and the wine pairing we were recommended was spot on.
A special mention goes to the chef, who is doing an amazing job — each dish shows technique, creativity, and deep respect for quality ingredients.
We sat on the back terrace overlooking the sea, which created a magical atmosphere, especially during sunset. The space is modern, with beautiful design that blends elegance and comfort.
The staff were kind, professional, and attentive — always there when needed, without being intrusive. Overall, a high-level dining experience in every sense.
