A peaceful family escape with sunshine, smiles… and magical hands! 🌅✨
格雷科泰尔梅利皇宫酒店的点评
点评：We had such a wonderful holiday at Grecotel Meli Palace in Crete! The resort is peaceful, surrounded by olive groves, with a calm and soothing vibe — exactly what we needed.
There’s direct access to the beach, a mix of sand and greenery. The sea entry is rocky in places, so water shoes are helpful — but honestly, it was no issue for us. The water temperature? Just perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and floating the day away! 🐠
There’s something for everyone here: morning yoga, aquagym, beach volleyball, kayaking, pedal boats, ping-pong, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, pools for adults and kids… and yes, you can even leave the little ones at the kids’ club for a while and sneak away for a quiet drink, a shower or… a massage! Oh boy. The massage. Absolutely divine! I went once, and two days later, I was back. Christina has magic hands — no exaggeration!
The staff is incredibly kind, always smiling and attentive from the moment you arrive until check-out. You can really feel they love what they do.
Evenings come with entertainment, family disco, guest performers – plenty to keep everyone happy.
The resort is located between Malia and Sisi – you can easily reach both by taxi, bus (right from the hotel entrance), or even on foot (though not stroller-friendly, especially in the heat). Sisi is a charming little village, perfect for a peaceful stroll. Malia’s historical center is worth a visit too – full of charm. The rest of it… let’s just say, we’re 10 years too late for that scene 😅
We also visited Agios Nikolaos – a beautiful (though crowded and very touristy) town with plenty of shops and local charm.
Overall, we had an amazing time and are already thinking of coming back next year. It’s a perfect place for families, with great energy, lovely people, and that special something that makes you feel at home. ☀️
