点评：Came to celebrate a birthday. The ambiance is good; I love the waiting area (5/5). The service was mediocre (3/5), and the overall quality of the food was excellent (5/5).
**Service**: They should be proactive in providing warm towels for customers ordering the seafood platter. I appreciate that they offer warm towels when asked, but unfortunately, they smell bad. It has a scent similar to deep-fried food in old oil, washed without any detergent—🤢.

- **Land, Air, & Sea** (chef's seasonal preparation): MKT 2/3
- **Land**: Venison, medium rare: 3/3. I love it! It tastes like liver, but I really enjoy it.
- **Air**: Pheasant: 1/3 or 0/3. The taste is good with crispy skin, but it’s really tough; my plate moves every time I cut it.
- **Sea**: Crab cake: 3/3.
- **Beef Wellington**: 3/3. Perfect medium rare.
- **Crème Brûlée**: 5/3.
