点评:15 minutes before checking out I was going to get in the shower and the hot water was not working in my room. Not a tad bit. Total freezing water.
Then I called the front desk and asked them if I
should wait a bit to see if the hot water would come back.
Much to my surprise the person at the front desk was the absolute rudest I have EVER encountered in a life long of travels. She told me in the most rude way that I could wait a bit to get in the shower but that if I was one minute late to check out she would charge me for another day. Absolutely unbelievably despicable rudeness. I chose not to argue, and left the hotel without showering.
I am not disappointed because the hot water was not working, I would have totally “forgiven” that. The reason of this negative review is the rudest reaction of the person in the front desk. Honestly, people like that should never work in hospitality especially working directly with customers.
