点评：We visited the restaurant two days in a row. Night one was great and night two just average at best. It has amazing ambiance and a very interesting but limited menu. The Gumbo was excellent and the first nights meals and service were amazing. We had a great server. Drinks were great and food came out perfect with that New Orleans feel. We were wowed!! Night two was a complete opposite. We had not so good service and the food was just average. First there was numerous delays in service ( water, drinks, etc) . The kitchen was behind making to-go orders and not really paying attention to the patrons in the restaurant. They ran out of Gumbo which for a Cajun restaurant kind of weird. However the server didn’t tell us and served the entrees anyways and said they would give us the gumbo later when they made more. So appetizers after the meal??? No apology or offer to make it right. Again complete opposite from the night before. We Didn’t say anything just politely told the server to cancel the Gumbo. Well we tried the steak entrees and quite honestly not a good entree. It was a surf and turf type of thing with a Cajun twist. The steak was not seasoned and completely dry. So poor choices on our end right? Stick to regular items and forget anything with steak was the lesson. So again not a great night just average. We would try it again and shake this off as a not so good night. Consistency would be nice and communicate we your customers if the kitchen is behind and take ownership of the situation and be kind.
