点评：The wife and I went to Ray's on a recommendation. There's just something kind of wacky with a Vietnamese restaurant surrounded by a foot+ of snow and a bunch of 4WD vehicles.
The parking lot was packed full. They have an additional parking lot on the other side of the street behind the gas station.
The interior seems to be a fairly familiar type of Asian decor. We were promptly seated. The overall service was attentive, helpful, and swift.
I ordered the Bahn Xeo (crepe) and the wife ordered the Pad Thai. While this is generally not my favorite type of food, I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch. My wife was pleased with hers. The portion sizes were generous, as we both did not consume everything presented.
I also thought the prices were a touch high, but maybe that is because it's in Anchorage.
Overall, we enjoyed our lunch. The favorable recommendation was spot on. We will return when we are next in Anchorage.
