点评：We were visiting friends in Seattle for my fiancés birthday and decided to try Phoenecia on a whim, on a Friday night, without a reservation. To start with, the Hostess was absolutely wonderful and so accommodating promising us a mere 20 minute wait, and offered us space at the bar.
The bartender was very knowledgeable, exceptionally kind, and the drinks he made for us were to die for. We rather enjoyed the Empress and the Rum for Your Life drinks the most, we wiped out the stock of mix on the rum drink.
We were sat as promptly as promised and we were able to place orders within 5 minutes of sitting down. We really enjoyed that the staff was all exceptionally attentive, and even had a bit of conversation with the lovely hostess, which was such an inviting touch.
Now to the food, which was all absolutely devine. The plates were perfect for 4 people to share, so everyone got to try a bit of everything. The lamb lollipops were a major hit and the butternut squash pizza was a table favorite. I can honestly say that I absolutely savored every bite.
Phoenecia is well worth the price, for an experience that was truly one of a kind and exceptional.
