点评:I had been to Hudson's several times previously and it was good. However, on Monday, May 8, it was awful. The service was slow but the real issue was that I was overcharged.
My server was going to resolve the problem but after quite a wait she had not resolved the issue and said was going to talk to the manager. Again, after a long wait no one returned to me. I saw the server, another employee, and a man talking at the hostess station. I went over to them to see what was going on. The man said he was the manager but was argumentative and couldn't seem to grasp that my burger was priced at $11.95
on the menu but was charged on my bill as $12.95. I realize that I was only overcharged by $1.00 but I wanted an accurate bill. The "manager" had no customer service skills and was actually rude and unconcerned. Also, my salad was made entirely of iceburg lettuce with several brown pieces and chunks of core. I will not return to Hudson's. I was with 9 friends and they will also not return. I was at table 414 and my check # was 32.
