点评：Awesome Experience
I booked this venue for my daughter's 8th bday last weekend and let me tell you, from start to finish how amazing the experience was!!!!! My daughter had an amazing time celebrating with her friends and family. Should enjoyed the VIP package and I honestly would recommend 10/10. From the private room to our own personal helper (Preston) it was amazing. Preston was so attentive and such a huge help once the pizza and cake arrived. Whatever help I needed I didn't even have to look for him because he was ready and willing to help out. What a great attitude and disposition. Preston never looked annoyed or tired and we had a part of 15+. Additionally, Lashea Popehn the assistant manager there, is beyond amazing. From the first initial phone call she came thru with all the information and knowledge. On top of her having such a great attitude, unlike the older lady who is also an assistant manager. She was not the best and was super combative and aggressive. Very off putting. She gave no instructions on what to do when we arrived and jumped into a conversation that she was not a part of. Then once she inserted herself, she was absolutely no help. I made sure to not feed into her negative energy because she clearly wanted some attention that day. I was able to look past her semi-Karen ways bc Lashae was EVERYTHING!!!! Between Lashae and Preston, I couldn't have asked for a better place to host a party. I am pretty sure I had more fun than the kids. Lashae and Preston thank you all so very much for your hard work and dedication in ensuring my daughter had one of the best bdays ever!!!! Yall are the best :)
