点评:We ordered food through the store website at 7pm. Got confirmation it would be ready at 7:30. Went in just before 7:30 and the place was packed and chaotic, as it seemed all orders were backed up. I checked in and they confirmed having my order and said it would be a little late—maybe 10 minutes. There were multiple “door dashers” who were antsy and they seemed to expedite those single orders instead of processing in the order received. They kept saying our order (for six people) was next but we didn’t get our food until 8:45. She charged me the same amount my order confirmation showed and she listed off all the correct items that were supposedly in the sealed to-go bags. Despite the terrible service, I tipped well because it was Christmas Eve. We got home to find two of the entrees were missing land both appetizer orders (egg rolls and crab rangoon were missing. The sweet & sour soups were so bad (acrid flavor and super gelatinous thick) that none of us could stomach it. The entrees we got were supposedly all day combos with fried rice, but everyone ended up with blocks of white rice. I would give zero stars if I could. I’d ask for a partial refund too except that it’s Christmas-time and they were working hard even if it was a mess all the way around.
