点评：I don’t normally write reviews, but I’m absolutely disgusted by the treatment we received at this restaurant. My friends and I came in for a birthday celebration, excited to enjoy a meal together. We ordered our food as soon as we got there, but after our order was placed and the meats were prepared, a so-called "manager" came over and told us the kitchen was closed. This was after our friends, who had arrived earlier, were told they couldn’t place our order for us, but we were told we could order once we got there. Confusing, right?
Then, as we were waiting, the "manager" had the nerve to make a comment about our friend's food being delivered while we were still waiting, saying "Are you going to eat that? It will come out of our expenses." What?! None of this made any sense.
We only had some salad starters and a single drink while watching our friends eat. To our surprise, we were then told we had to pay $35 per person ($70 total for 2 of us) just to sit there, even though we never received any food! When we asked why, they kept repeating some nonsensical "policy" that sounded like a scam.
Things escalated when my girlfriend, who has epilepsy, began to have a small seizure due to the stress of the situation. I had to step in and get aggressive just to get their attention. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and made no effort to resolve the issue.
When I went to pay, I noticed the staff acting suspiciously and looking through the kitchen window. As I was paying, I could see the police arriving. We left, only to be questioned by the officers outside as we walked out. It felt like we were harassed and publicly embarrassed for simply trying to enjoy a meal.
This place is a scam. They’re unprofessional, disrespectful, and clearly have no regard for their customers. I’ll never be coming back, and I strongly recommend you avoid it too.
