点评:This has been the worst experience! My family and I went to the Kennesaw, GA location for the first time. We ordered something and someone from the kitchen who speaks broken English brought us the wrong food although it was a part of the plate that we ordered. We have never ordered from this restaurant before and didn’t understand how the items in the box meal was going to be served. We thought that it was being served separately just like the soup and salad that were a part of the box meal were brought out. The server came over after a while only to tell me that I needed to pay for the wrong food along with my plate that was supposed to come out. The alarming part is that she said she would need to pay for it if I didn’t. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing and asked to speak with her manager. The manager, Audrey, was so rude and unprofessional. I explained to her what happened and that we had no idea of knowing how the food would be served. I explained to her about the language barrier experienced between us and the person from the kitchen who brought the food out. She did not apologize for her server’s mistake and proceeded to accuse me of knowingly taking the wrong food. To add insult to injury, she proceeded to offer us 20% off of the whole meal! At this point I refused it and refused the meal that was brought to the table because of the hostility I experienced from the MANAGER. Customer service goes a long way. We do not want 20% off Audrey!!! We were not asking for a hand out!
