点评：On March 17th, we decided to go to Papa Konas, thinking it would be a fun St Patrick’s day experience. First disappointment was being greeted, by the manager in a rude tone. Told us to wait in front of his “desk” because any minute now a bridal party was coming out. Didn’t happen. Then we walked into the restaurant and he rudely says “Do you know where you are going” ? what? This so called manager had no customer service experience towards us. Seated us at an outside table, almost out the door, almost into,the mall next door, which would have been better!
There was no St Patrick’s Day fun to be found. This was disappointing, but it’s Hawaii, I get that.
Food was ok, but his attitude definitely put a damper on our experience. We did mention to our service how rude this man was, all she did was apologize, but that went nowhere.
Not a chance in hell we will ever go back there.
Prices are sky high, and I’d rather give my money to a friendly establishment.
