Best hotel in Europe - hands down. You won't be disappointed.

点评：We took a multi-generational family trip to Posthotel Kassl and were TOTALLY blown away by the hotel. It was the highlight of our 2 weeks in Austria and Switzerland. First, the hotel has jaw-dropping mountain views and is the most authentic and charming hotel I've ever stayed at (seriously- you'll hear the cow bells from the wandering mountain cows at night). Second, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - always going the extra mile to make our stay special. For example, we demolished one night's appetizer and when we told the server how much we enjoyed it they asked "can we bring you another one to enjoy?" The family that owns the hotel has extremely high service levels and you even get to know more about them during the special Alm breakfast they offer each Tuesday morning. Lastly, the food was incredible. I've eaten at some of the most celebrated restaurants all over the world and the food we got over 8 days consistently rated as some of the best meals in my life. 5 to 7 course dinners are provided in the half board package and the quality, presentation, and taste of the food were all 5 stars. I would have paid $$$$ for that quality of meal anywhere else. I loved spending my days adventuring in the alps and then enjoying the luxury dinners served each evening. I'll be dreaming about their dishes until we can return again. I wish I could give 10 stars for this hotel. It is an undiscovered gem!
