阿尔卑斯山霍其福斯度假酒店的点评
点评：I had a fantastic week at the Hochfirst. It couldn't have been better. The welcome I received and tour of the hotel made me feel very great. As I was travelling alone sometimes you can feel a bit awkward but all the staff were highly trained and very friendly.
My room had a balcony that wasn't facing the slopes (next time) but it was very comfortable and warm, the bed and pillows were super comfortable as you would expect, lots of storage and great shower, plus the nice underfloor heating.
The service and quality of the food was the best I've ever had in a hotel. It's a foodie's heaven.
The slopes in Obergurgl are only a few steps away but due to the time of year were a bit slushy in the afternoon getting back so I preferred to take the shuttle to and from the Hochgurgl gondola. I found the slopes there were perfect for me, wide open blues and reds and really quite quiet and obviously very beautiful.
The drinks in the bar were very good, they make a great Old Fashioned. I also had a fantastic massage in the Spa which was totally amazing. I felt like I hadn't even been skiing for a week after it. The overall spa was superb and I particularly enjoyed lying on the beds in the outside pool with the bubbles on while it was snowing. What joy.
I also met the owner on the last day and thanked him, he was very friendly. Thanks everyone for all the hard work and I look forward to seeing you again next year.
