点评：Our party of 9 was far from impressed by the lack of customer service in this super loud, stressed-out venue. Our friends were already in and seated when we arrived, but as we didn’t see them right away my husband asked a waitress about our reservation (made well in advance). She couldn’t have cared less- she told my husband that she doesn’t have a table for us, but we can go to the reception and complain…’.
Food was OK, basic heavy local dishes, but service was slow and rude and ignorant throughout the evening. Nobody came to check on us or ask if we needed anything (water would have been nice), or ask about the meals. We managed to crab someone running by to order our desserts. After that the guy who had somewhat served us walked by wearing a jacket. We asked for the bill but he said that he’s done with his shift and leaving and we could go to the till to pay ourselves… which we did.
What a shame that a nice central place like this is filled with tired, over-worked staff to whom customers are clearly a burden.
