点评：Went in expecting a 5 star experience and walked out before receiving entrees. Our server was aloof, condescending and totally pedestrian. He definitely should not be working in a customer facing role. The kitchen is 100% unwilling to accommodate dietary needs. So if you want to substitute a side that is on the menu for another (willing to pay extra) they refuse. The option given to us was they would be happy just to leave the side off the plate if we did not want it. Our waiter referred to our $85 bottle of wine as a……and I quote “budget friendly” wine. It was at this point (after ordering 4 appetizers and said budget friendly wine for $168) we spoke with the manager, cancelled our entrees, paid for everything and left. It was also a top 10 restaurant in terms of noise. On the bright side there is a great restaurant across the street called Desi Vegas where we had amazing entrees to finish our evening. Andrew the bartender is spectacular….at Desi Vegas! He totally made up for the deplorable experience at Herbsaint.
