点评：Before the pandemic, Flix was hands down the best movie theater in Madison. Great classic movie series, good beer, good food, awesome service. I recommended it to everyone, and drove across town to see movies there.
Unfortunately, the service there has been *terrible* post-pandemic. I usually bring groups with me (my friends or my kids and their friends) and, for the last year, there are almost always missing items from our orders.
My last visit there a couple weeks ago, none of the kids got drinks. After waiting a half hour, I tried ordering them a second time, still no service. I finally had to walk out to ticket counter to ask a third time, and missed part of the movie. Then they still shorted us a drink, so I had to go without.
If you go to Flix, better sneak some drinks in, since service here is now non-existent.
I generally try to just talk to folks directly if there's an issue instead of leaving negative reviews online. I did try to contact Flix directly - multiple times - about this most recent experience, and they couldn't even manage the courtesy of a response.
It's a real shame that the service at Flix has deteriorated so badly. It's what used to make going there so special. Now, I don't think I'll be back.
