点评：I had a delicious meal of Shrimp and Grits on a rainy December morning. A good selection of wine by the glass or exceptional wines by the bottle. Also, a full bar with many cocktail options. Coffee brewed to perfection and a generous selection of tea. On the menu, give the huge cinnamon rolls or beignets a try if you have three or more in your group. Delicious. The serving is too much for one or two people. Also, the crispy brussel sprouts and calamari with honey added some savory to the sweet for the table. The quiche and salad were also a hit I am told. Our wait person provided exceptional service attentive, but not overbearing. This is a local delight so getting in can be a challenge. Smart to book weeks ahead. A place to impress your clients, wind down after work with friends, and meet family for a special event. Be sure to look around to enjoy the beautiful ambiance. As part of The Proximity Hotel, take a little walk through their public courtyard adjacent to the bistro or continue your conversations in the lower lobby if a wedding is not in progress. Linger a bit to savor your fine meal and company. Cheers!
