点评：I was in town to take a class at the North Home Folk School. Decades ago I had lived in northeastern Minnesota and had been aware of this pizza place, but had never had an opportunity to sample their product. I had a pizza that had a number of ingredients, including wild rice and green pepper. The pizza was beautiful, the wild rice added to the taste profile but the green pepper added a very harsh aspect to the flavor profile, ruining my experience. I would think that a company which has so many years of experience would do a better job of presenting a taste profile, but this was a disappointment, the harsh bite of the green pepper was too much of an assault, the other ingredients married so well and were a wonderful experience, that was destroyed by the flavor cacophony created by the inclusion of the green pepper. Do yourself a favor order the Vild Vun pizza but order it without green pepper
