Holiday Inn Express 银城 by IHG的点评
点评：Absolutely horrible experience booking through Google for this hotel. Their customer service is beyond terrible—rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. They refused service to a college student moving back home to California just because he was carrying a temporary ID from New Mexico—even though he’s a California resident and a Californian. Their excuse? They don’t rent rooms to New Mexico residents. Never mind the fact that he’s not actually a resident—just someone unfortunate enough to have had to live there temporarily.
To make things worse, they never even confirmed the cancellation. Now, instead of them handling their mistake, I have to track down the refund myself because, of course, they’ve decided that’s my responsibility, not theirs.
New Mexico is already bad enough, but this hotel somehow makes it worse. And the worst part? This is considered one of the better hotels in the area. That alone should tell you everything. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being stranded, treated like an inconvenience, and tracking down the funds you paid up front!
