点评:The chef(s) deserve a medal. A delicious experience. The whipped ricotta was one of the best things I have ever put in my mouth. Completely delectable. You could use a spoon. However, they provide a puffy and soft pita bread that just adds to the whole thing.
Then there was the labne with raw veggies. The veggies could have been softer (par boiled or pickled perhaps?) but the soft cheese was full of flavor and delightfully seasoned with an olive oil that was rich yet light. Crispy cauliflower was another surprise. We are talking about cheese and cauliflower, and it was award winning. Halloumi skewer came next. A little underwhelming, but I could swim in that sauce. Seriously. The sauce was so good, I could have dipped shoe leather in it and been happy. The za'atar crusted salmon was perfectly prepared. Chocolate babka dessert with salted caramel ice cream rounded out the meal. Sweet but not overwhelming. Perfect. Each dish was fabulous on its own and satisfied our table of three. I didn't catch our server's name, but she was excellent; friendly, helpful with selection/ explanation, and also attentive and patient. The best.
