点评:I have been coming this location for awhile and today I ordered wings like I always order them crispy and they came out not crispy and hardly cooked. I sent them back and told the waitress that it was not what I ordered. She took them back and came back and she told me that the manager said they were cooked and crispy, which they obviously not. I even asked the waitress and she told me yeah that they were barely cooked and were not crispy. I told the waitress i did not want them. If the waitress is going to take my order and ask me as the paying customer what I want and how I want it. Why would the manager do the opposite and not honor that? Very unprofessional manager working today at this stare at 2pm today and I never had that experience before in the same restaurant. The waitress was good and even agreed with me and agreed that the manager just threw away 10 wings because they were not to the customers satisfaction. I recommend re-training this manager in customer service training, because she obviously does not know what she is doing. She never even came to my table. The waitress should be the manager because she knows better then the manager
