Terri the server was great. The restaurant, not so much

点评：I was not sure how to rate my food experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. The experience was both good and bad. First the good. Our server,Terri, was great. And the bad, was not her fault, so I give her High rating. However the bad, the meal, for some reason, took a very long time to come to the table after we ordered.
When the meal did arrive, instead of real Cutlery, the others at my table we're given plastic fork and knife. Not real Cutlery. When the food did come, the other two at my table, we're satisfied with their meal. However I was not.
Even though the meal took a great amount of time to come to the table, my meal was cold. I called Terri over, and she took my plate back to the kitchen. By the time my meal finally came, it was well past an hour. Terry was very apologetic. She saw in my face, that I was not pleased. She boxed up my meal, and gave me it for free. I appreciate what she did. I give her High marks, the restaurant, not so much
