It is with deep indignation that we express our utmost dissatisfaction with our stay at Thomas Weihs Haus, and we strongly caution against choosing this B&B. We selected this location to celebrate my wife's birthday, and the experience was marked by unacceptable neglect.
To exacerbate the situation, we received an absurd charge of $50 for six minutes of tardiness in the late check-out, with an image showing 11:06. Additionally, during breakfast, there was a breach of commitment by not providing the additional bacon we had requested. This behavior contradicts the professionalism expected from a lodging establishment.
The claim of a small makeup stain on the towel is outrageous, considering I used a black-colored towel and my own makeup remover. I advise women to avoid this establishment.
Despite the room offering comfort and cleanliness, the breach of commitment during breakfast and the lack of professionalism during the farewell tainted the experience. The aggressive behavior during the attempt to clarify the charge over the phone was the epitome of inappropriate customer treatment.
This negative experience has generated an intolerable level of stress and discomfort, leading us to strongly discourage Thomas Weihs Haus. We demand that these issues be promptly addressed to ensure a drastic improvement in the quality of service for future guests.
