点评：My mom and I had dinner reservations on Dec. 30. We arrived a couple minutes early and were seated immediately. More than 15 minutes passed and no server had visited our table. We got up to leave and on the way out, the host apologized profusely for our experience. We did understand that it's a tough time of year for service, but we were also fine looking for other dinner options. The host invited us to return to our table and offered to make sure we were well taken care of.
From that point on, we did have timely (although not swift) service. Our server was friendly. We kept our meals simple with soups and a bread plate. I had the highly recommended she crab bisque, and it was decadent! We both enjoyed the bread plate and champagne we had.
Except for the difficult start, I would recommend St. Neo very highly. It has a classy atmosphere and upscale, delicious food to match. We were both very appreciative of the gracious and generous way that the restaurant handled the situation. We would return.
