点评：Stayed for a long weekend to celebrate our 25th anniversary. Ideally located, the hotel is very nice and convenient. Check in was a bit of a fiasco. We arrived early, and the young man checking us in didn't acknowledge my husband's titanium status, and when we inquired, he said no upgrades were available, but maybe there would be tomorrow if we want to change rooms? No thanks. He said our room should be ready long before 4pm, and we could leave our bags with him in the interim, and he would text us when our room was ready. We left our bags, and wandered around the lobby a bit, only to see our luggage still sitting by the checkin desk several minutes later, as others were being checked in/out by the young man that spoke to us. My husband and I took our backpacks from where we left them by the front desk, concerned about them being secured. We went out to grab a bite for lunch, then returned. It was 3pm, no text. We went to the hotel bar to have a beer. At 3:45 our server inquired about our room, as we told him we hadn't heard back from the front desk and we wanted to put our tab on our bill. He came back with the same information, that we would be texted when it was ready, which he said would be shortly. So it wasn't long after that and our room was ready. Precious gave us our keys and told us where our room was. We then asked, what about the hotel and its amenities? When is breakfast? IS there coffee in the lobby? etc. She thought our prior front desk person had checked us in, but he had not? Anyway, she gave us the information about the hotel, and the rest of our stay was very nice. The room was nice, but nothing extraordinary. Also, they never acknowledged our anniversary, yet they ask if you're celebrating anything special when you reserve. Can't say it was a 5 star hotel based on our experience, but the location was ideal.
