Workers Tavern的点评
点评：We made a weekend trip to Astoria for a fortieth birthday celebration. Our plans were to bar hop and visit all the breweries in town.
Our first stop was Workers because it was the closest bar to where we were staying. It ended up being our last stop of the night as well.
We were having such a great time that we could not bring ourselves to leave. The owner, Diana, was so great that it felt as though she was one of the friends that we brought along.
The bartender Brandy was super nice and was very attentive to our needs. We all felt very well taken care of.
The drinks are awesome (make sure to have a Yucca). We didn’t dive into the menu too much but did enjoy some very tasty Dirty Balls.
The outside sitting area was greatly enjoyed. We sat by the fire much of the night.
Diana joined us at the fire and read from her very funny book that she wrote. I purchased a copy and look forward to a good read.
I would strongly recommend this establishment. I’m not really sure why some people gave poor reviews. We went in with a group of ten with different views and preferences and all had the greatest night.
