点评：Porter Street is one way and I think we were lucky to find parking fairly close in this decent South Philly neighborhood. Having a reservation we were seated right away and greeted by many friendly faces on our way through the kitchen and dining rooms. Pellegrino served and orders promptly taken, the host was personable, knowledgeable and very clear on appetizer and dinner specials and preparation. The grilled pulpo and mozzarella with roasted pepper appetizers were delicious and let me know this dinner was going to be something special. Knowing L'Angolo is recommended for fresh pasta we had to change direction for the veal chop special. Veal chop: 2", bone in, perfectly medium rare, mushroom gravy, served over zucchini and potatoes. Being beef and barbecue people we agreed this was the best prepared meat of our 23 year fine dining experience. Chocolate mousse cake was a sweet, smooth and satisfying end to a perfect meal.
