点评：In a small strip mall in an unassuming part of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania is this remarkable Indian restaurant. I decided to give it a try, and am I glad I did! IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!! The Chicken Tikka Masala was superb. The balance of flavours, quality of the chicken, and level of spice was perfect and incredibly fantastic. My mouth waters just thinking about it. The Onion Kulcha was without question the BEST I have ever had anywhere in the world. The crunchy texture of the outside and soft middle with just the right amount of onions was glorious! I often complain that many Indian restaurants use far too much salt. This place used to perfection. Just the right amount to enhance the food. I will come back anytime I am in the area. In fact, I would drive a great distance just to eat there again! I must say that I was surprised to find this Indian food gem in that town, but I am so very happy that I did! It was extraordinary!
