点评：I was really excited about staying here because I knew it was a newly renovated Hotel. Unfortunately it didn't go as I thought it would. The rooms are nice aesthetically. But I don't think they are cleaned properly. I literally had a contact lens from a previous guest stuck on the wall in the shower. The shower head was horrible. Part of it barely came out, the other part was coming at me so hard it was painful. I asked the awesome cleaning staff if they could do something about it. The cleaning staff was super nice! When I came back to my room it was fixed. Was very grateful for that. The air conditioning is so loud you have to turn the volume on the TV up when it's on, and then turn it down when it goes off. The "refrigerator" is not a refrigerator. They told us that it was a cooler and you had to push some button for it to work. Really not sure how it works but I had insulin and had to throw it away because it didn't stay cold. Not sure who wants to do that in a hotel. I understand there is a restaurant in the hotel and that's probably why they don't have microwaves. But the food was gross and under seasoned. I went back down to ask for some salt. They had to pour salt in a cup. When I got back to my food of course it was cold but there's no microwave so you can't warm it up. It turned out to be trashed. Wasted money. But the ray of sunshine for this trip was definitely Aiden in valet! There was a problem with the charges and he handled it like a true professional. All the guys in valet are awesome! Very friendly. And never complained. I had to get the car often because it was a business trip. Valet actually saved my experience on this trip! So big kudos to Aiden and the guys. Thank you so much! We have a business trip next week and had booked here again. But we changed our hotel to another one. Unfortunately won't be returning.
翻译：入住这家酒店我非常兴奋，因为我知道这是一家新装修的酒店。可惜的是，装修不如我想象中那么好。房间本身挺美观的，但我觉得清洁得不太到位。我之前一位客人的隐形眼镜竟然粘在淋浴间的墙上。淋浴喷头简直糟透了，一部分勉强挤出来，另一部分却猛地朝我扑过来，疼得我直打哆嗦。我问了很棒的清洁人员，他们能不能帮我修一下。清洁人员人超级好！回到房间后，他们修好了。我非常感激他们的服务。空调声音太大了，开着电视的时候要调大音量，关着电视的时候要调小音量。“冰箱”其实不是真正的冰箱。他们说那是一个冷藏柜，需要按某个按钮才能工作。我不太清楚它是怎么工作的，但我打了胰岛素，因为不能保冷，所以不得不扔掉。真不知道谁会在酒店里做这种事。我知道酒店里有餐厅，这可能就是他们没有微波炉的原因。但是食物很难吃，而且调味不足。我下楼想加点盐。他们不得不把盐倒在杯子里。当我回来吃食物时，当然已经凉了，但是没有微波炉，所以不能加热。结果食物被扔掉了。浪费钱。但这次旅行的亮点绝对是代客泊车的艾登！收费出了点问题，他像个真正的专业人士一样处理了。所有代客泊车的人都很棒！非常友好。而且从不抱怨。因为是商务旅行，我不得不经常叫车。代客泊车实际上挽救了我的这次旅行体验！所以非常感谢艾登和他们。非常感谢！我们下周要出差，本来又预订了这里。但我们换了另一家酒店。很遗憾，不会再来了。
