点评:We completely understood the limited menu nights when it first started. However, it seems that it’s happening too often now - maybe just for convenience for the staff?? We love the Roadhouse because the menu offers so many awesome items that you can’t get at other places - hog wheels, Grillbilly grilled cheese, pot roast sandwich to name a few. We also love it because the customers just seem to be good, hard working Americans that want to get away from the everyday grind and have a good time together. However, most of the menu items offered on limited menu nights are the typical burger, pizza and chicken strips that you can get anywhere. We went twice on July 4th weekend. Both nights were the limited menu so we left and went elsewhere. Cruise-In night - when did the limited menu start? Sunday, July 3rd there was nothing special going on. We were told it was limited because of the weekend. Really? How about doing the limited menu every day, all summer so we know when NOT to come? Or, instead of extending seating/bar areas outside, make your kitchen larger? We have been so disappointed by the limited menu being offered so much because the full menu is so diverse and excellent. We realize there are staffing issues but how can you staff a large patio and not the kitchen?
