Aloft Little Rock West的点评
点评：A large family group stayed at this hotel for a wedding. Several guests expressed their discontent with the staff at the front desk, not particularly welcoming and polite (particularly one or two individuals). The rooms are all the same, large, with a decent sitting area, but very minimalistic. The "open closet" is a rod with two-three hangers per room, and no additional hangers available (double room). Small set of drawers as well.
Shortly after arrival, I have asked to speak with a manager, who was not available at the time. I left a message. As mother of the groom who helped to organize the group I expected to get a phone call back. I received it on the Monday after everyone had already left...
While I understand that the set up of the rooms is standard in the Aloft hotels, all in all, I, and my guests, was not impressed by this hotel and I am not inclined to recommend it.
