Aloft Little Rock West的点评
点评：My husband and I have stayed here many times and keep giving this hotel another chance since it is so close to where our kids live but this might be the last time. Floor is so sticky your feet stick to it. They only service the room every two days and only left one towel and one washcloth-no hand towel. Our last stay my husband went down to ask for two towels, two washcloths, and a hand towel. When he got back up to the room, they had given him 3 bath mats so instead of going back down we just used those to dry off with. If you do choose to stay here, go down the road to Toasted Yolk for breakfast because the hotel breakfast is not really a breakfast, it is some premade, processed items to purchase.
This past week we stayed here 5 nights and our credit card was billed twice. $797.80 and $598.35. So $1396.15. When I called, the girl went through each night we stayed and said it was $179w/tax. I told her that doesn’t even come close to adding up to almost $1400. She said the manager would call me back in a few minutes and that was about 6 hours ago.
