Bo Caphe Soho - the name alone sounds disgusting since 06/20/22 for my family!
We (my husband, myself and two kids ages 5 and 6) booked a table for 1:30 PM on 06/20.
The order was taken in 15 minutes we came in restorant.
Bringing only the water was taking another 10 minutes.
Kids were almost crying from hunger.
"Our" waitress at that time successfully served customers on the street, not paying attention to our requests to speed up our order.
At 2 PM they brought us half of the order, but not ours!
My husband demanded to bring soup for kids immediately.
At 2:20 the soup was on the table.
10 minutes later my husband demanded the check.
That check had everything but the actual order!
For the next 10 minutes, my husband tried to clear up a payment misunderstanding.
The waitress literaly waved her hand at him and disappeared.
The children were left almost hungry - the soup was not edible.
Also kids were completely exhausted by the expectation.
At 3 PM I demanded to call the manager.
And in a very unflattering manner told him everything about the disgusting service and especially about this stupid and impudent waitress.
As a result, we did not pay for our order, but this did not improve the mood and did not satiate the children.
