点评:My friend made reservations for three for my birthday weekend. We arrived a few minutes early and after a reasonable wait were seated not with others in the tea room, but in a second dining room. After waiting what seemed an unreasonable time without even being offered water, a manager (I assume) stopped by and asked how we were. My friend said she was confused (by the lack of service); his response — “That makes four of us.” The tea service was prepaid at $90 per person or maybe we would have left at this point. We finally were served the tea, and the scones and tea sandwiches (all very good!) were served a bit later. And then the vacuuming began. And it continued almost under our feet while we tried to enjoy our outing. And then they began the setup for dinner. The clanging of glass and silverware was overwhelming. So many people working there and so little attention to the customer. Never were we offered more tea or more champagne. Clearly they wanted us out of there, but the day had been planned to have a long leisurely break there before our next event. We left befuddled.
Try the Palm Court instead.

试试 Palm Court。
