点评：I was a huge fan of this place until recently. I am a local and have gone to milk and hops at least 20 times and would send friends there as well. Always recommending people the location. However, they have now lost my business. I was there a couple weeks ago and sat on a nail that was sticking out of a chair, which destroyed my pants in multiple spots. These pants had been worn not even a handful of times and they were the type of material that could not be fixed, only replaced. I kindly emailed them and was advised by management if I sent them the receipt that they would replace the pair. They first offered to pay for a dry cleaning bill which made no sense as a dry cleaners could do nothing for this pair of pants. That is when they specifically said they would replace the pair. I sent all the information and they then never replied and ignored my emails until I followed up multiple times. After that, they went back on their word and offered me a bar tab. I loved their selection of beers, but there are plenty of places to go in the vicinity that have just the same amount of beers and I assure would have better customer service after sitting on a nail. The bartender was WONDERFUL so its a shame that management acts this way. I am sure they will reply to this review with whatever excuse they want, but I would recommend looking up other craft beer locations in the area before going here. Again, the issue here is a owner going back on their word which is absolutely a no in my book
