C Shore Restaurant的点评
点评：First, let me say this is our 5th visit to C-shore which does speak to the establishment's good food. We have done take out twice and dined in 2 times before this writing.
After arriving for our reservation we were escorted to our table under the tent. The fire pit nearby was emitting an incredible amount of smoke all of which was traveling to and getting trapped by the tent. The staff would not make any accommodations to find alternative seating regardless of booking in advance, being relatively empty since we arrived early for a 5:45 pm reservation. The hostess informed us, impolitely and with little empathy, that Bob, the maker of all decisions who was not even brought into the discussion, would not be able to offer an alternative or address the firepit which after 5 minutes left our party smelling like a bbq ashtray. So after a 30 min drive to the restaurant for a celebration meal we left. While Cshore has good food and we have had positive experiences we won't be returning anytime soon. This visit left a bitter taste in our mouths.
It is a shame, and Bob should know, if he cares too, that every employee reaction is an extension of the business and brand.
