点评：Having spent a lot of time eating all over Italy, I never expect real Italian food in the USA. My daughter directed me to the Italian District of Boston as she was here last year, and so we came, and we found Dino's.
No bathroom, no table service, but the food and slightly casual service is definitely authentically Italian.
The first time I came I had the seafood spaghetti (frutti de mare), my wife had Vongole. Both were amazing. There is some inevitable nod to American tastes, but overall this is pretty close to actual Italian food - as close as I have ever found in the USA over many years of trying. It is million miles away from anything the west-coast can attempt at Italian food, where I've found no understanding of real Italian cooking in either San Francisco, Portland, Seattle or LA. Dino's was so good, we came back within a couple of days. And I actually like the crazy counter service and casual vibe, but a bathroom would be good.
We have been directed to other Italian restaurants in the district, but we've already found the one we want. I'm not sure it's not for everyone - especially people looking for dining in style and being pampered - but for the food, this gets 9/10 (deduct a point for the additions of things that the Italians in Italy simply wouldn't do - but this is of course the USA, for American tastes, not aimed at purists like me). Even the red wine is half decent.
I've travelled to the USA at least once every year for the past 25 years from the UK, and I've never found Italian food this good in the USA before. I'm coming back, straight from the airport.
