点评：Sweeney's just took over a the Solas Irish Pub and restaurant at the Lenox in November the night we visited. I was on a mission to have many differnent cocktails made with bourbon in every bar I went to. First I ordered a Whiskey Sour with Egg Whites. Next, I ordered a Paper Plane made with Aperol and an italian liquor Amaro. Most people do not know the Whiskey Sour ordered at the bar is made with egg whites nor keep Amaro as a liquor in their inventory due to the cost. These were some of the best cocktails I have ever had. John (pictured here) was the only bartender able to give me 2 bourbon drinks made from the original receipe.
So... every bar I went to, I asked for a Paper Plane and Whiskey Sour with Egg Whites to compare with my drinks at Sweeney's and not one place could match John's cocktail managment.!
